I haven’t really felt like blogging much lately, so here’s a personal favorite from Dream Theater via Awake circa 1994.

I actually purchased this CD shortly before I moved from NY to AZ, probably within two weeks of the move. I recall listening to it repeatedly while flying across the country. Very moving album for me and one that I often go back to when I want more introspective, deep feelings in my sub-conscience.

The song in this instance is Voices which is part of a three piece suite about paranoia entitled “A Mind Beside Itself”. The Songs are Erotomania, Voices and The Silent Man.
