Tampa police, TSA and Homeland Security agents are teaming up “to keep your family safe,” according to ABC News, by implementing random searches at bus depots, in yet another example of how airport tyranny is being rolled out onto the streets.

I find this to be interesting at best. Stimulus money spent to hire cops (not a bad thing) but crime is down? What do you need that many new officers for? Possibly for use with Martial Law when the swine flu “hits”. Interesting proposition though not out of the realm of all possibility.
