the runes > acceptance

As previously noted, I’ve decided to add another little piece to the site, and that being some of the feelings I have when I use The Book of Runes. Before I catch shit for this, it’s for fun and introspective. I tend to liken this to a Magic 8 Ball.

Acceptance in human psychology is a person’s assent to the reality of a situation, recognizing a process or condition (often a negative or uncomfortable situation) without attempting to change it, protest.

The pulling of this rune is, while not the first time, something that I like exploring. The runes says this about acceptance :

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can;?and wisdom to know the difference.
