If you were wondering where, on your iPad, that files from installous are put, here’s your money shot :
/private/var/mobile/Documents/Installous/Downloads
If you have OpenSSH installed on it, you can easily SCP those files off your iPad and put them into iTunes … so I hear 😉
Also, I found that with a simple:
cd /
find . -name Downloads -print
