March 7, 2016WASHINGTON ” Arizona’s delegates to this summer’s Republican National Convention are free to vote as they choose if no presidential candidate earns enough delegates to win the GOP nomination on the first ballot.
That provision, which is state law, could come into play this year as opponents of GOP front-runner Donald Trump attempt to block his path to the nomination.
