To increase public safety and reduce the threat to domestic security by including persons who may be prevented from boarding an aircraft in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, and for other purposes.

Seriously? The “No Fly” list is already a joke, ever week some new person (like a 5 year old) is added to the list. And it’s not like you can’t parallel the “for other purposes” to the DHS memo’s or the MIAC report. We are all terrorists according to this government. All of us. Yup, all of us.
