These very, very old ones popped into my head tonight,
A old man gave me a few bits of advice when I was young. The first was “Never dig for clams in a minefield”. That always was strange to me given clams don’t grow in dirt. The second was “Never try to milk a bull”. That seemed really obvious to me at the time and even now. I’ve seen enough specials on bulls to know they don’t like it. Unless it’s Dennis Rodman.
