Today, 21 June 2022, Truffle passed on and he was 18 years old. He led a glorious life and will always be the only cat I have ever owned.
And that’s likely why things never worked out with my ex-wife. This is why things never worked out with anyone that I’ve dated. I have never loved anyone more then myself, aside from my boys.
Takao has really developed into an interesting character as a cat. I feel that in a lot of ways it’s because of his lack of initial socialization when I brought him home and he was sick.

Monster had been fighting against HyperThyroidism for the last 2 years. We had been able to hold it at bay but it kicked back up in March of 2018. It was a rollercoaster from there, he’d get better and then have problems.
